Object: 6-month engineering internship, between March and August 2018
I am looking for a positive work environment, where trust, honesty and teamwork are the basis of any project and work relationship. Furthermore, I would like to discover and work on projects based on the production management and the aeronautical maintenance, and this is the reason I am writing to you to express my strong desire to perform an internship in your company.
As a 5th-year student in an aeronautical engineering school called ESTACA, in a specialized teaching involving the engines integration, I have had the opportunity to undertake a range of relevant modules including aeronautics and management subjects. This would ensure me to hit the ground running in any role requiring such competences and constitute a foundation for skills I could still improve. Moreover, I am also implicated in some extra-school activities relative to the context. In particular, I am part of an association of communication named ESTACOM, in which my team and I organize in-house events for current students (for example: graduation day, conferences with outside companies) and prepare events for coming students (examples: forums, “Bancs d’essai” which consists in inviting high-school students to discover the ESTACA by following courses and meeting the different associations). This position comforts me in my trust that a well-organized, positively managed and high communication based teamwork is the more efficient way to work.
My former internship allowed me to work on the optimization of the machining conditions concerning the cutting tools, in a company specialized in the composite manufacturing. This project provides an improvement of my autonomy and of my decision making, by creating protocols and being in the field. Being strongly motivated and easy-communicant, I would be honored to bring my abilities to your companies.
