Let's start Lean (1 pers.)
- design and put in place visual management in the production area. Cell dashboard performance, EHS, Quality
- visual management to identify blocking point on the production line
- do VSM flow as is and to be process improvement
Shape future Kanban (1 pers)
- analyse , calculate timing and kanban size between cell and put in place supermarket and intermediate stock to speed up LT
Optimize (1 pers)
- design workinstruction , make chronos and propose new routine volume hour
- implement and check theorical versus actual efficiency
- propose improvement at work station to increase effectiveness

Logistic
Find my parts ( 1 pers)
- stock rotation analysis
- warehouse labelling design and implementation
- kitting optimization
- heijunka implementation ?
- reduce bakorder line during picking stage

Procurement/ Purchasing
GO worldwild (1 pers)
- market scouting for metal, composite, biometrics and electronic parts
- find new partner on key components volume to scale up and match our grow
- negociate from RFQ to price and deal agreement
- design Term and condition for the company Purchase order with validation of legal department
S&OP supplier ( 1 pers)
- design forecast propagation process for our supplier (IT, rythm, owner, PDCA...)
- pilot with key suppliers
- access saving and risk shortages decrease
- run a plan to increase forecast to 100% of our suppliers base
- improve visibility process of material availability
Outsourcing - partnership (1 pers)
- prepare RFQ (technically, quality, criteria of selection, pricing and volume) to outsource 2- 3 products of the company to India or Asia
- find partner and select 2 -3 potential partner
- bid process and awarding
- follow prototyping and first poduct acceptance
- launch annual deal and negociate Term and conditions
Standardization (1 pers)
- by category of components define top 5 we should quickly standardize
- meet regularly eng to build the plan of standardization deadline, impact on Part number and purchasing
- identify distributors
- move to annual volume agreement
